boat history info

Anyone know how or where to go to find the history of ownership on a boat in Oklahoma. I just want to find the last owner of the boat Im looking at to get a replacement title.I know in Tx anyone can doa history report, but I cant find anything in Ok...Thanks again

the agency that registers the boats will have a record of the registration number.

here in ohio,the dept. of watercraft, I sent them the (hin) and the number on the bow.
they sent me a complete history of when it changed hands clear back to the dealer that sold it new.
try Ok. DNR.
