Our new to us 1999 Four Winns 180 had a ski pylon installed back by the engine cover. We removed it because we want to use the boat for fishing. It has snap in carpet, and a real good looking white fiberglass floor. The ski pylon plate and holes would need a hatch about 10" in diameter to cover. Is there one made that will be strong enough that size to walk on? Or do you have another Idea that would look good and be flush when the snap in carpet is used? Also we need the walkthrough windshield replaced. Is there somewhere you could recommend? Thanks Dave-R

We don't have a ski pylon but do have a hole where the table leg goes. We use a tennis ball and stuff it in the hole to keep the toes out.

Thanks guys: That deck plate is the way to go, and it will be strong enough to walk on. Only thing left is finding a walk through windshield. Dave-R
