Boat-flipping rig for lakeside storage & easy access?

Hey, everyone. I plan to build a 13’ skiff with a 52” beam, for use on our little lake. We have canoes and kayaks, which are easy to haul out and flip, but the new boat will be 130-150 pounds. That’s a bit much for me to handle easily. I’ll need to haul this boat out every time I’m not using it, and for a few reasons I prefer to flip it rather than cover it right side up. I have a few options that I’ve already sketched out, but can’t seem to find something already designed for the purpose. Does anyone know of a rig that will do this, preferably something I can build myself? I’d rather study what’s worked for others, before I start on my own design. Thanks.

You know that with the boat on the ground, you are only lifting half its weight to flip it
