One of the the best types is Sunbrella.. is it good ...yes....do u need it...doubt it. There are many good covers. Where part of the country do u live in? what kind of boat do u have? Is is out in the open or under some type of cover? These are all questions you need to answer before you look for a cover. If you have this knowledge it will save you greenbacks!!!

If you want to buy one cover that will last you about 15 years or so, go with Sea Mark. It is Sunbrella with a rubberized vinyl coating on the bottom side. The stuff is great... Yeah you will pay a little more money but you won't have to mess with it for a long long time. If you think that you will not have the boat that long, then go with a polyester or lower grade marine material such as "TOP GUN". Any marine canvas shop can point you in the right direction.
