boat cover question

This is a long shot. I have a 97 Regal Valanti 202 SE. I bought the recommended cover for it and it doesn't fit. The reinforcement for the windshield is in front of the windshield and the cover rises up almost to the rub rail in the center of the boat. I think I gotta send it back. Does anyone have a recommendation for a cover or a style of cover that will fit better? The one I got is a Westland E20X. It's supposed to fit a 20' Euro style runabout. The illustration looks like my boat. I think my boat is similar in style to late 90s Crownline runabouts.
Thanks.

Re: boat cover question

I bought a Westland too and it didn't fit either. When I measured it, the length was not as advertised.

I replaced it with a Carver semi-custom and its the best cover I ever owned. Pefect fit.

In the past, I have ordered Sunbrella covers and they are a custom fit to your boat from different companies. Don't know if I am supposed to post the name but here goes. Overton's deals with a company directly and they seem to have a ton of boat patterns on hand. The covers I had fit like a glove and lasted. DO NOT buy a canvas cover! They are good for the price but just don't last.

Just my $.02 worth,
