Buying boat without test ride
Guy I know sells his small cruiser and buys the new boat below without a test drive. Boat is put on muffs and it fires up, all looks good. Takes it took the water and has a fun day but notice the bilge pump keeps turning on. Once back home at a shop they tell him, the transom assembly has a crack. Decides to have the crack sealed with 5200 and sells it to another.
He now has another boat and did take it for a test ride before buying
