Blue dot stains

After I run my boat, I see little blue dots everywhere. They have stained the vinyl seats and even the white gel coat. I cant get them out of the seats and I cant seem to find out where theis is coming from. There is no leaking oil in the engine compartment or leaking oil on the outside where the lower unit is. I would appreciate any advice to help solve my problem. Thanks.

Need a little more information: What type of setup (Outboard, I/O) and what model? Are you sure it's engine oil? Blue dots doesn't seem like it. Any photos?

The boat is a 2007, 17 ft. Vectra 172 fish and ski. Has a 3.0 Mercruiser I/I.

looks like oil....... I imagine a tiny leak that could be under pressure....... also check the vent's for the motor compartment - if oil gets in the vents it will also get out due to air pressure.

Where do the dots start? Do they start from a certain point or are they randomly scattered everywhere on the boat?

They are scattered all over the boat

If you leave your boat in the water, could it be coming from a nearby boat?

If it’s on a stackable storage facility, it could be from a boat above you.
