Blown cylinder tilt on a c90tlry trim/tilt 2000 yamaha

Blown out cylinder tilt do I have to replace the whole assembly trim tilt or can I get a used cylinder tilt and replace that only?

What does blown out mean lol. I just replace my seals under caps all is good now. You will need proper tools to remove caps. It's worth the money for tool as shop rates high some quoted $2000 for tilt trims lol. $2 seal
