Blackfin 212CC worth it?

I am currently looking at a 2019 Blackfin 212CC listed at $115k CAD. It has most options but is missing a few accessories like the cooler. Also has only 19 hours on it.

I am wondering if this is a good deal or not. I could not find any comparables thanks to it being winter.

Also if anyone knows if this size boat can comfortably fit 3-5 people that would be nice to know. Would be rare that many but curious

With only 19 hours, the boat sat a lot. My guess is there hasn't been any of the PMs done either

It sat a lot yes, what do you mean by PMs? It has full service records from the original dealer. All looks good there just super low hours I am guessing because of the whole world going sideways

I'm good with low hours if taken care of and properly maintained.

PM is Preventative Maintenance.

Oil should have been changed every year.

Impeller should have been inspected and replaced.

Ah okay, yeah all that was done and service records to show it from a dealer
