i've got a mercruiser 120 - that i just rebuilt, and i'm annoyed by the adjustment of the transmission control.
i've got a spare morse binnicle control and i was curious if anyone has made the conversion from the strange factory throttle/fwd - rev control to a dual control - one for throttle one for forward and reverse.
and if so
whats it take to do it.
