Guys,
I live in the south and have a very bald head so beyond a hat I think I need to equip my 18' 73 Glassmaster tri-hull with a Bimini Top. My wife and daughter would appreciate a cooler place in the boat out of the sun when it reaches the 90's here in NC/SC.

Could you recommend materials, 3 bow, 4 bow tops? I am sort of tall at just (a hair?) under 6'4" so a I also need to get one the proper height.

I'd appreciate all the thoughtful assistance I can get. Vacation is coming up in 6 weeks and I need to get busy with the top and putting in new seats.

Thanks all,
Bill

PS, the beam is 84".

the come in many widths, and heights, measure from mount point to mount point, and go a little wider for the top. also mount point to the height you want. you would have no problem with mine. recommend 4 bow 8 feet long. especially for a high one. mine to short and is 6 feet. also mount on a slide track, then it can be adjusted. to lower the front of back. i just took this one off because it was short and cut the height down to go on my `14' Duracraft project bost.

And they are easy to mount. If you are all thumbs, it should take 2 hours. But remember the rule: Measure twice, drill once.
