Couple of ideas.
Depending on the vintage of your boat you can contact a dealership who sells the brand with your boats serial number model and a picture of the part to see if they can still get it from the factory.
Usually boat manufacturers will have other companies make their canvas items for them. Look on the underside of your top to see who its made by and try to contact them to see if they can supply the piece.
See if you can source the internal ball end and take it to a local upholster who makes biminitop see if they can make one for you.
If you dont need the holes along the side see if you can buy the tube from upholster/dealership get a "assuming 7/8" external eye fitting with set screw. You wont have to worry about crimping it inside the tube.
Popular bimini hardware brands are taco marine,accon marine. May have to identify what brand you have by comparing your deck fitting to different brands.
