Bilge Pump Help.

I have a sea ray SRV 190. It has a remote mount (flexible impeller) bilge pump. It is no longer servicable as the impeller is ruined. To replace it will cost big bucks, i was wondering how I could use a submersible? The kit contents include stainless screws but what do I screw it into? There was no mounting spot ever in the bilge, just a hose going down.

....clean the bilge area to SPOTLESS. Use a dab of 3M 4200 on each of the mounting feet.

make that 5200. stronger.

flexible impeller pumps usually have replacement impellers available. Its not rocket science to change one.

Or epoxy . . . A lot of new boats out there rigged this way.
