I just got a new to me sea ray. I put it in my slip for a couple of weeks and took on NO WATER. As it should be!!
I hauled the boat out for maintenance and got a pop-up thunder shower and the way home, so had to pull the plug when I got home.
Anyhow, this boat has a brass screw-in plug (I have never owned a boat with this type of plug).
Should I put some of that plumbers tape on the brass plug when I reinstall or just screw it in and snug it? Any torque values I should know about?
I keep this boat in a slip, so I cannot afford to screw this up.....
