BF90A Tilt/Trim Not Working

The tilt and trim quit working on my 2001 BF90A. I noticed before the failure, it seemed to slow down and lack power, especially when lowering the motor. Now, when I operate the switch on either the motor or the console, I hear a "click" in the relay box that is mounted on the engine. Does anyone know if this is a failure of the relay or the trim/tilt motor? Is there a way to test? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could go 12 volts direct to the tilt motor.Works you have faulty relays or more likely ground connection.
