BF90 not pumping water

Hello,
I have a 2003 BF90 4stroke I bought a couple years ago. I felt the water output was weak due to it having little to no stream at idle but I did have some stream at full idle so I changed the impeller after checking for obstructions in the water line exit port. I turned the shaft clockwise while collapsing the impeller just as the previous one showed and used all new plates, gaskets, housing and impeller housing but after the water pump replacement I'm still not getting water out the water exit port. Some trickles down the casing but no stream.
Any idea why there is no output stream of what I can do?

Seems there's a clog in the peeing water passage, run a thin wire or W40, carb clean red cannula up down severeal times with engine on, or with engine off squirt an overdose of W40 into peeing hole, let soak for some minutes, turn engine on and check if obstruction was cleared.
