The roller wasn't falling into the groove forcing the arm to push the black button. Made adjust to cable arm, pushes all the way now so it falls into groove, should be fixed....but....when engine runs at 4000 RPM's it stalls - bad gas issue again. have treatment in gas, 3 plugs looked dry (white/crystelized) 1 plug even dark oil color. going to get new fuel filter and plugs. i don't want to have carb's taken apart, can i get carb cleaner in there without? why does it shut down on higher RPM's? Is it possible the black netural start/stop switch is doing it when it still? engine won't start now, like it's not getting gas. cleaned plugs, still won't start -
