bf90 neutral start switch how do you get to it

Battery seems good...it's a 2000 but little use don't think it's the starter, or solinoid...where are they on this 4 stroke

Remove the engine cover ,sit in the boat ,and stare at the front of your engine down by that kinda big green plug looking thing.Have the wife,buddy ,kid,dog,whoever,shift this thing and you will see the pointed end of your shift mechanism actuating that switch.
