I have a 2002 BF40 and when I attached a trim gauge the needle stayed up at all times and if you press the actuator by hand it comes down a little. I then heard you have to use honda only on this motor so I bought a HP-0243-001 gauge and the problem remains the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
