BF100 OIl Leak on lower part of unit

Can someone Help solve this mystery is it spilt oil or not in my case mine has just come out of a servicing by a reputable dealer. It leaks oil out those holes its is oil that is not milky in anyway. also none of the Engine oil or Gear case oil has turned milky not yet anyway. Has anyone else had this problem and what was the solution. Thanks Appreciate any help as seeing oil on the outside is always worrisome.

Rocker cover gasket? They sometimes leak. I took mine off and put it in very hot water. It rejuvenates it.

I contacted a dealer and they have told me spillage
