BF 25 Pee dribble?

1995 Model that doesn't seem to produce a Strong stream. Just purchased this on a Carolina Skiff 16. It doesn't seem to get stronger with higher revs like my other motors. The last service record included with the sale Shows Service was preformed for "not pulling water when warm". The Impeller was replaced. Should I have a stong stream that increases with revs?

Also noticed sloppy work inside, Clips replaced with twisted baling wire. Missing lower muffler bolt & cracked Lower muffler where somone tried to pry it off while bolted. Choke rod upside down hitting throttle rod. No vent hoses next to Pee outlet hose. Also, the motor seems to be mounted 3" too low as water sprays everywhere on plane. Greg in Atlanta.

I pulled the hose off the block and used a nylon string trimmer line (weed wacker) Fed about 5" Spinning and poking into the Block. Pees like a race horse now. I also noticed the Small round water intake in front of the annode doesn't leak water when hooked up to the garden hose like all the other ports do. Is there a 1 way valve there?
