hello, could anyone please tell me what affect sitting a honda bf130 on its side for a few months would have on the motor, if the effects would be permanent or could be easily fixed.

the motor will let the oil travel thru it and out the intake manifold and fill the carbs with oil !! ...best stored upright on an engine stand if possible...if not - DON'T try to start the motor when you get back ! just take it right to your local dealer as the cylinders may also be full of oil...it would be like trying to start a motor that is full of water(hydrolocked)
