bf 100 water pump

have a 82 honda never had a problem untill in port hope and no water comeing out of the engine<br />motor got hot stalled but will run now fine will there be engine damage and how much to replace a water pump as it must be in the lower end <br />Tks

Stalling an engine to overheat is never a good thing ,and I'm not the kind of guy that uses never or always lightly.Before your commit to that water pump job ,do a compression test after adjusting the valves.I would imagine that oil stinks and needs to be dealt with. A quart of oil is cheap.
