Best Stillfishing Anchor???

I normally stillfish using two anchors - bow and stern. Does anyone have suggestions for easy to handle anchors for a 14 foot boat? I want to stillfish for trout/whatever and I just hate it when the boat drifts. I have found concrete cinder blocks tied sideways to work well but they are heavy, difficult to handle and beat the heck out of the boat.

I SURE DO ... it's the 'claw ' anchor it's simular to plow/danforth anchor but a whole lot better an a W H O L E lot cheaper ... it was designed to anchor offshore oil rigs.. change of current/tide ,,, no prob.. and they are lite wieght.. doesn't depend on heaviness ,, it works by design....
