salt away, it has an adaptor for the motor & hose end,flushes it right off.

lot of water, motor has to come up the operating temperature, or you wasted your time.

I'm not sure how true it is, but my Johnson 150 manual indicates that the water ways have a ceramic type of coating that doesn't requiring flushing after salt water use. Supposedly, deposits can't form on them and are washed away as soon as the engine is fired up the next time.

That being said, I flush mine religously after every use.
