Best gasoline

Would it be better to use regular unleaded 87 octane or mid grade with 10% ethanol 89 octane? I have a Suzuki DF 70 4 stroke.

Most engine manuals state to use 87 octane min.I use Hi-test because thats what all of the marinas sell in my area.

Hi, Bundy.<br /><br />I use 87 in my DF70. Works fine. <br /><br />My Owner's Manual say use 87, but that if it's all you can get, alcohol enhanced gas is okay.<br /><br />Good luck.
