Best friend home from Afghanistan in March!

I am so excited I had to share. My fishing partner will be home in time for crappie season. He has been in Afghanistan for almost a year. We have not fished in two years because of all of his training. My last boat gave us all kinds of problems. But we created lots of good memories. I have a hell of a nice boat now and I am just about to bust. I am trying not to tell him about the new boat.
After what he has been through he is entitled to a good boating and fishing trip if anyone ever was.
I am getting new seats and I am having his name and the Infantry crossed rifles symbol stitched on his seat.
I am so pumped!

AWESOME!!! Great news! Just in time for fishin' season. My brother in law is Marine Corp. and has done several tours in the Mid. East. Glad Iraq is over. Hopefully, we'll get out of the 'Stan soon too. Keep us posted on the first trip. Fish on!
