Best foot oil?

Got a '94 Yamaha 40hp in excellent shape. Well kept and not abused. What do you think is the best foot oil to use? Yamalube, Quicksilver,or synthetic Castrol,Mobil 1, Valvoline etc.? I love the green Quicksilver I put in my Mercruiser but will it matter in the Yamaha? Is Yamalube just as good or is the synthetic car brands in the proper weight better?

It's probably just me Weasel, but I like to stick with the manufacturer's brand. Mercury = Quicksilver, Yamahaha = Yammielube, etc.<br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty

I like the manufacturer's brand, too. They may be all identical, but I feel better using the one the manufacturer recommends.
