Bent prop shaft or prop was made this way?

when you spin the prop, the center, of the bravo one outdrive prop, standard 3 blade plastic merc prop, the center seems to be bent. You can see that it is wavy when you spin it. But the blades dont seem to be out of balance. The prop is shot, so not worried about saving the prop...I am concerned about the prop shaft. Any ideas? Also this is a project boat, will be making a post in the Sea Ray section

With the prop removed hold a fixed point near the shaft and rotate the shaft
if its bent you will see it wobble.
