I've got a 20ft Triton SeaFlight. I don't really feel like spending $500+ for some trim tabs. Boat rides great around 45mph with the 150 on the back. Good hole shot, but anything over 1.5ft waves gets uncomfortable. Would the spring loaded trimtabs help with this? Who's bought them and has experience?20220512_115030.jpg

Adjustable tabs affect change in running angle (provide lift) and starboard/port lean.

Even adjustable have little to no effect on pounding which is mostly a product of hull design.

“Spring” tabs provide “fixed” lift with no means to adjust to changing conditions and no starboard/port compensation

What is your deadrise? Looks pretty flat

That's pretty flat. Lots of "flat" surfaces to slam.

Adjustable tabs would at least allow you to run a bit flatter, but w/o a lot of dead rise upfront to do the punching your still going to slam pretty good with that hull design
