Belts for 97 Volvo 4.3GL

Hello all, I am new to the forum and hope that someone can help me out. I am getting a belt squeal when I hit the throttle on my 97 Larson w/ a Volvo 4.3GL w/ power steering. It comes and goes but I think it's time to replace the belt(s). The boat is docked hours away and I can't pull them off to bring them to the store and when I called a Volvo dealer, they told me that they wouldn't tell me the part # because I would end up buying them from someone else (REAL NICE!). Can anyone help me??? I heard that they are cheaper from an auto parts store so I was hoping someone could tell me the type/size to get but the regular marine belt sizes/part #'s would be just as nice.

Thanks for the quick response. I followed the link, however I don't know the 4 digit code my engine. It lists approx 10 4.3GL engines... How can I tell which is a 1997??

The problem is boat year and engine year may not be the same. You need the model number off the engine.
