I leave my boat in the water till it starts to freeze. With the motor on full tilt out of the water and raining some time can it freeze up??? or what problems can I run into with my new Tohatsu 9.8 A3:blue::grumpy:

yup, leave it down so the water can all drain out of the power head.

Any tilted OB (if equipped with thru-hub exhaust) can accumulate rainwater in the prop hub and LU exhaust passage. That water can freeze, and break the LU housings. Keep it tilted down if you expect freezing.
