I have attached two pictures for bellows house. During the boating the water become more and more and I have to install auto pumper to get the water out. I have bought bellows kit with adhesive, gimble bearing. What special tools should I have? What is the steps to DIY rebuild?

last year I did my bellows , drive shaft area .. I had a very small wear tear next to the hinge pin..I removed my out drive in the fall and inspect it .. then I put it in my house in the winter.. I took out the boat plug ..
I removed corrosion and painted it ..the bellows had a alum corrosion to wear the rubber.. the s/steel clamps are total .. use a tack sealer ..setup the clamp position in the correct area ..
the bearing is to inspect it see if its damaged .. I grease it all the time ..

I did the hinge pin tool ... I had to remove the hinge pin locked up on the starboard side ..I used a small torch to heat up the hinge pin ... then I put in the hinge pin tool in the ice water ....then the pin removes it about 30 sec to pull it out .. the pin drops the temp and it moves easy out ..

If you don't have it, buy an alignment tool - you can get these with the driver attachment to drive in the new gimbal bearing. I also bought a gimbal bearing puller tool - mine was so tight it would have been miserable to pull with a slide hammer.

You may want a flexible shaft screwdriver to tighten the clamps on the main bellows.

If you're replacing your lower shift cable, you'll need the tool to remove the cable (it's basically an extra-deep well 9/16" socket).

Hopefully you bought a genuine Mercruiser / Quicksilver bellows kit. Aftermarket kits are made of an inferior rubber and likely won't last as long.
