bearings for mounting bracket

1970 650 4cyl
i noticed the bottom of my mounting bracket were it swivels on the mid section , has about 1/4 " play front to back .
is there a bearing here? it just seems a bit lose like the bearing has broken although it turns freely.
does anyone have a exploded view of the parts , i have nothing in my solec manual for a manual tilt assembly.

Ayuh,... It's a bushing,+ yoke,... Your's sounds worn out,+ in need of replacement...
