Bearing to exhaust housing pilot sealant??

OMC Drive systems calls for Silastic 732 RTV. on the bearing-to-exhaust housing pilot. Are there any substitutes??

Any good general pourpose RTV silicone adhesive/sealant will do.

Silastic is a brand manufactured by Dow Corning.
