So I bent the prop shaft the other day in the river. Now I am trying to remove it to replace it but the bearing carrier is not coming out. I have soaked in PB blaster for almost a week, heated and hammered the heck out of it. I have rigged up pullers that have all failed, my best attempt was last night with I bolts that I cut just enough to hook under the carrier lip and put in my puller. I straightened both I bolts and carrier did not move. The carrier on the 25 is so small its hard to get something strong enough in there to pull.
Is there a tool or trick that is out there that will help???
