I just got this boat and i am look for any information that someone might have. The title says its a 1982 beachcraft. I will try and post some pictures. I think it's a 24ft cabin cruiser/fishing boat.

Not like mine. Is it a V8? If so there should be a tag on one of the valve covers. Get more photos and post.

Where is this boat located? How much did you buy it for? Does it have an OMC outdrive and engine? If so get the numbers off the valve cover.

I don't see a model number listed. Is it there but unable to read? You have SelectTrim like I do.

It is a small block chevy. I paid $600 for it. And it is also OMC 800. I am located in California. I'll look for some ID on the valve covers this weekend.

Mine is small block 350 Chevy. OMC 800 drive. In California also, San Diego area. Are you wanting to rebuild the boat and engine?

I want to get it usable. Is the OMC 800 worth the effort? I have another boat with a small block chevy and a mercruiser alpha outdrive that i could use. But then i would have modify the transom.

Depends on what shape the engine and outdrive are in. I can't tell without seeing it or some photos.
