For the last two months every meal Ive done has been on our new BBQ. Well Mrs.Link and her mom wanted stir fry the other night.

Here is the pic of the BBQ/Smoker we bought when new.. Looks nothing like that now.. its broke in with all the stuff you need hanging below the wood racks.

Anyway I was a little concerned about the non-stick items sold at Lowes for bbqing veggies.. as the heat can be a bit high...

They cost about 10 bux each and work great! Here is a pic of the stir fry.. and nothing stuck and they wiped clean afterwards..

Prep work ofcourse took some time but cooking time about ten minutes.
Oh the trick is to prep the stir-fry with all the oils and seasonings and let stand in the fridge for a couple hours then slap on the grill

Link; don't listen to Bondo, a natural yard is best for the environment! Anyway, this is what I tell my wife. (I hate yard work!)

That stir fry looks great! I think the food cooks better in the wilds too.

Unfortunately my wife loves yard work, so we have to live with a trim lawn lacking all that little critters need. I tell her she can have it anyway she wants just so I don't have to participate in such a environment disaster!

I knew it, I knew it, I knew it, I almost used a different pic of the BBQ because I Knew someone was going to be a SA about the back yard :D

(5 cats got me off the hook for the back yard this year)
Thank you very much Bondo :) And I have both.. the front of our house looks very normal.. but Mrs.Link and her mom convinced me that since this is the kits first year at exploring I shouldn't cut the grass or weeds in the back yard! They love to play hide and seek/pounce in the tall grass and weeds..
Who am I to ARGUE with the women in my life! :D :D

I'm digging the grill/smoker setup you got there, Link. The stir-fry looks good too!

EDIT: Btw, pay no attention to the lawn specialists. I work at a well-manicured golf course and I LOVE to come home from work and see my wildy grown-over yard! Feels like real nature! :D

Im not handy enough to build stuff like that. Lowes sells them for 120.00 and the smoker for 49.00 and a custom cover for 19.00.
Nothern Tool sells the unit for 100.00 and no tax but then you have to pay shipping and put it together

Duty calls! Fishin partner just called to inform me that his electric trolling motor wont work... and we needs it tonight! :(

Hang'n In
Mrs.Link really liked your sig text!
