So I consider myself a decent cook, and I love my BBQ ribs..
Been watching these BBQ competition shows and the holy grail seems to be the big ol beef brisket.
So I figured I was up to the challenge and here is where I am at thus far..
12 lbs of beef brisket.
Dont have a smoker, so I am using my charcoal grill, with indirect heat from the coals.
about an hour in
4 hours
Here is 9 hours into this marathon
Been mopping it with my top secret mop sauce (it included a Corona, btw)
Have another couple hours to go...The little woman was shocked that I wasnt planning on having this for dinner! lol
