How do I add the transmission fluid to a 1994 Bayliner 2452?

Why would you add tranny fluid to it?

The boat lost power and it would not move. And I can't find what it could be. I have a box screwed into the back that has "add transmission fluid" and I thought it might be an issue.

Some pictures of your engine setup and serial numbers of the engine, outdrive and other components would be good. It is kind of unusual for a Mercruiser/Alpha 1 setup to have a transmission. So, there may be other problems, but a few pictures of the engine compartment and the area that says transmission fluid would be quite helpful in answering your question and fixing the problem.
