Bayliner 245 Ceira year 2005 - Need advise before buying

Hi,
I am leaving in Dubai and Im want to buy a used Bayliner 245 Ceira year 2005 which looks in very good condition.

I want to keep the boat in salt water (here it is very salty) and run in open sea (in the gulf the sea is quite, waves are small).

I read bad and good over bayliner. It is my first boat and i am scary to make a mistake.

I lived in Bahrain (went to high school there) and know the area well....many days out on the fishing boats (forget what they were called now) out to the reefs, beautiful clear water, just watch for the snakes! I did not look at the details of the boat but looks like a nice boat, looking for something similar myself except a little bigger- if your going to stay over night I would suggest looking for a 26/28 foot as that little extra length gives you a lot more width and cabin space below.
