now who's going off topic.... again... hijacking to tell me to take it to pm's....no battle, just a friendly suggestion......

I was thinking about something earlier today, You might consider hinging and latching the hatch(s) down and sealing with rubber and after plugging the old drains you could add some really big drains at deck level.... Of course you'd have to take steps to secure the cabin from water to make it worth while..... Might give you a second chance.... As I type it tho it's sounding like more work than finding a different boat... eh, it was a thought anyway
Also Chriscraft254 had found some really cool rod holders that doubled as cup holders.... would be very well suited to a dual purpose boat they are the rocket launcher style.
