battery will not charge

I have a 2005 90hp 4 stroke yamaha that will not charge the battery. I have 12.5 volts cold check and with the engine running I have the same. I replaced the battery, cleaned and tightened the connections and checked the fuses. Any suggestions?

If you have the same volts at cold as you with it running, charging system isn't working. I recently had the rectifier replaced due to the same issue.
