Battery switch question

I re wired my wiring and I followed the diagram below. When I went to turn on my lights etc they didn't come on. Is my battery switch correct or should the positive wire from fuse block be on the small terminals on battery switch? Thanks

No, they shouldn't be on the small lugs.

Is the cable with the black shrink wrap on the common terminal?

For a simple test, put the switch to "both" and see if it works. When on "both" all three terminals are tied together.

You have lock washers behind those nuts? Hard to tell.

Not sure about the washers. I'm pretty sure the wires from fuse panel and engine or on com. Will check tomorrow. I didn't put the fuses in the fuse panel yet. Would that cause it not to turn lol.thanks for the quick response.
