Fill out the profile,you could be close to someone who can help.
Could be bad connections or the starter is drawing too much.
Check the contacts.Then remove the starter and take it apart.The brushes could be wore down or corroded.
Take it apart.J

How long are you "rolling it over" at one time? Hopefully no longer than 10 seconds at a time.
