I live in the Eugene area. The one technique that always works is a waitless senko. It works so well I have a hard time deviating from it. I seem to always fish in 5-10 feet of water and around weed beds. I wish I knew how to fish in deeper water with other tackle. What type of water demands a crank bait? What should I do when its windy a my Senko doesnt sink naturally? I want to branch out as a bass angler and I tempted to bring binoculars with me next time so I can see how other people fish for bass in big lakes in oregon. Any advice on how to break my senko addiction?

The water that you are in.Try shallow diving crankbaits, the same color as your Senkos,if they work good.Try deep running crankbaits in deeper water. You will have to find the color.Or your Senkos drop shotted. If that is what you are full of.Good Luck
