Ballistic Re hub

I picked up a prop at a fishermans swap meet last weekend which I intend to keep on hand as a spare backup. The prop is a Ballistic SS 14 1/2 x 19 pitch and is excellent condition. The problem is that it has a spun hub which the seller was up front about. With the chances of having a nice shiny and expensive paperweight, his $60 asking price seemed attractive as I gave consideration to the possibility of rehubing. My boat orig. came with a 19 pitch prop on a Yamaha F150 but only turned about 5400 RPM's WOT. The boat now has an Apollo XHS 17 pitch which works very well. I believe the aggressive rake on the Ballistic may put me in the WOT RPM range. I looked here on iboats but couldn't find any hub kits. Does anyone know if this prop can indeed be re hubed and if so where can I buy the necessary hardware to do so?

Helpful advice appreciated.
