Anybody have original manufacturers specs on this boat?

I have been looking for the mfg max HP rating for the boat. I'ld like to swap the 200 thatds on it for a 225, but I don't want to exceed the mfg specs since I use this boat for tournament fishing.

The title lists it as a 1994 homebuilt, but I have identified it as made by Baker, maybe out of California. I ran across one other Baker owner, but he had a slightly smaller baot than mine so his specs would not apply.

Re: Baker Tunnel Hull Bass Boat

I posted on your other post and ask some questions, and have found out my aswers looking through your other posts! Except how long the tunnel hull is!

It looks to be about 20'!

It seems to me that you should be getting closer to 70MPH out of this boat being a tunnel and all!

You seem to know about props, are you sure the engine is high enough on the transom! Ive heard tunnels can have the engine higher than pad boats!

Oh, by the way, you did an awesome job on your website!!

Also just saw that you have a hydralic jackplate on that boat! I cant imagine you cant get more out of that boat with th present setup! Are you posting GPS speeds?
