Having a problem with my Bilge pump it turns on pumps some water than shuts off and there is still water in bilge area checked the fuse found it blown put a new fuse in and pops again than wait a while put another fuse in and pump runs again how hard is it to replace a bilge pump under the front of motor never did

In Line Blower motor also was working last week went to use boat this weekend and blower not working and the fuse is good under the dash is there a inline fuse for blower or not

Get a piece of flat aluminum stock from the hardware store, at least 1.5 inch wide.

Disconnect or cut wires going to old bilge pump.

Bend flat stock so it gets right beside the old pump and the other ends lays against a stringer or bulk head. Attach new pump to end of flat stock. Attach other end to stringer and connect wires

Might be the switch or the blower.
Using a voltmeter to see if your getting 12V to the switch and thru to the motor.

Runs and blows fuses ? Crud in the pump vanes dragging. take bottom cover off to repair...........WARNING !!!! The pump may start running without warning. Also check the float switch for binding.
REMOVE the fuse that runs the pump motor ! Pump will tear skin off fingers.
