Bait bucket covered by major medical insurance?

The wife had foot surgery last week (bunion removed) and came home with a cold therapy device - it's a small cooler with a bilge pump inside fitted with a pair of insulated hoses that recirculate ice water through a little thingy that keeps the incision area cold. It's got a variable timer that cuts the pump on & off every minute or two. Looks like a bait bucket to me.

Sounds like it to me too. But for that kinda money I woulda bought several rods and reels.
